MINISTRIES
Ministries: Life Groups
There is no better way to grow as a Christian than to gather with others in a small group environment. Every Sunday Morning at 9:30 am our LifeGroups meet all over the campus. We have age graded classes for everyone so there is something for the whole family. Email mtpisgahbaptist@atmc.net if you have any questions or would like to join a LifeGroup.
A LifeGroup is a gathering of people who meet together each week to encourage each other in their walk with God. The group usually consists of fellowshipping, praying together and studying the bible.
When do LifeGroups take Place?
LifeGroups meet every Sunday Morning in the Education Building at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.
Why do I Need to Join a LifeGroup?
We need each other! We were created to live in community with others and LifeGroups provide the perfect opportunity to share your highs and lows in life. They only require a couple of hours of investment, but they provide huge dividends. The groups are a place to be encouraged, equipped, and challenged to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
How do I Join a LifeGroup?
LifeGroups are offered every Sunday Morning at 9:30 am so all you need to do it show up. When you enter a greeter will be there to lead you to the appropriate class. We have a class for everyone from kids, students, adults to senior adults.
What are the Goals of a LifeGroup?
The goal of a LifeGroup is to reflect the community that is shown in Acts 2: 42-47. We want to see people who are dedicated to biblical teaching, authentic fellowship, genuine worship, desperate prayer and sacrificial love. The Christian Life and Walk is meant to be done in a community setting and we feel that LifeGroups will be vital to your spiritual health and maturity.
